Biographical / Historical
This anonymous scrapbook has been given its name from the title of the commercially-published “Theatre Record and Scrap Book” in which it has been compiled. Its source is unknown; it was cataloged by the Chicago Public Library in September 1950 and transferred to the Special Collections Division at some later date. In 1986 it was rebound, without disturbing its contents.
